International Développement Partenariat (IDP) has been specialized since 1991 in consulting for international companies wanting to penetrate targeted export markets especially in Central Europe, China and Asia.
This activity was largely carried out through ECIP and JOPP programs set up by the European Union (European Commission).

25 years ago in full synergy with European Commission, IDP helped around 450 companies expand their international footprint in the Asian market.
Since its beginning IDP has been mandated by the European Commission. As a continuation of this synergy with the latter, IDP teams support European businesses to get the grants they may be entitled to.

The European programmes
In astrophysics, it is shown that if there is some chaos this one is necessary for harmony of the universe.
The situation remains exactly the same with European programmes. Our databases contain thousands of pages of information. IDP has a team of specialists who, with the assistance of European Commission experts, enables us to find the programme that best meets our clients’ projects.
Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) – in addition to the private investment that this money will attract.

COSME aims to make it easier for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to access finance in all phases of their lifecycle – creation, expansion, or business transfer.
Thanks to EU support, businesses have easier access to guarantees, loans and equity capital. EU ‘financial instruments’ are channeled through local financial institutions in EU countries.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs aims at fostering the entrepreneurial spirit and cross-border trade in Europe by facilitating exchange of knowledge, experience and networking between entrepreneurs intending to start a business or having just started one, and experienced entrepreneurs by working alongside each other.
The programme also aims at guiding businesses on how to overcome market and business obstacles, so that they can make the most of the European Single Market.

After a double Master’s degree in Physical Science and Economics, Henry Francart devoted the major part of his career to two great industrial groups, Sperry-Rand and Aérospatiale-Matra (Lagardère Group), where he held the position of Marketing and R&D Manager. He was also Executive Director of Matra Benelux. In 1991, Henry Francart created IDP under the guidance of the European Commission.
Olivia Vinciguerra studied Applied Foreign Languages (French-English-Italian) at the University of Nice Sophia-Antipolis (France) and Milan (Italy). She was valedictorian of her graduating class, specializing in Franco-Italian relations with a Master’s degree unique in France. Since 2012 she has monitored and taken part in European programmes activities.

Pranvera Leka graduated in Economics in 1991 at the University of Tirana, Albania and she holds a MBA, a Master in International Business obtained at The MIB Trieste School of Management, Italy. From 2005 she’s been focusing on European Priorities, EU Instruments and Strategies for SME’s, Startups with focus on Research and Innovation Programmes. In April 2016 she joined IDP. She is a Country Manager for Italy and member of the IDP Task Force working on the business plan project feasibility and on proposing the most appropriate EU funds.
Expert in nanomaterials synthesis, structure-property correlation, process development and application in nanotechnology, energy and environment. Scientific Editor, Research consultant for grant applications. Expert evaluator for European commission.
Francesca Barisani is a Project and Programme Manager with more than 9 years experience in writing, monitoring and managing projects funded by international donors (EuropeAid, 7th Framework Programme, Horizon 2020, LIFE, Erasmus+, ECHO, Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Fondazione Cariplo) in the fields of international cooperation, R&D and support to SMEs. Francesca worked for different companies, NGOs, foundations and academic institutions in Italy and abroad and she has obtained a Master of Arts in International Relations and several certifications in project management.
Luis has more than 15 years of experience in developing new businesses and innovation management in international corporations (ArcelorMittal, Amper) and technology startups (nanotechnology, microelectronics, software, e-commerce). He holds a MBA by IE Business School, a Master in International Commerce by the Public University of Navarra and a MA in Law from the University of Navarra. Luis speaks Spanish, English, French and Portuguese.
Daniela Dall’Igna is graduated in law at the University of Padua. Three masters’ degree respectively in environmental law, international commerce and law, and European project design. After a good experience with SMEs, often working out of Italy both in green economy field both in internationalization process, she has also worked as a EU funding consultant and project design. Recently she has also helped SMEs take part in EU Tenders.
Barbara is a Civil Engineer with a Phd in “Sciences and Methods for European Cities and Territories” and a Master Degree in European Studies. Having worked as a researcher at the Universities of Pisa, Florence and Barcelona, she has more than 13 years of experience in 3D modelling, visualization and documentation of cultural heritage. Over the last years, her professional career has focused on R&D projects drafting and project management in the fields of sustainable tourism and cultural heritage.
Bachelor Degree in marketing and communications and Master Degree in European Politics. From 2008 she worked as communication officer and project officer of the citizenship area for the Think Tank Pour la Solidarité, in Brussels. In fall 2009-2010, she worked at the representation of the European Commission in Barcelona. She’s worked as a consultant for the group Fundación Equipo Humano in the EU projects area since September 2011. She is expert in the field of LLP/Erasmus+ projects (coordinator of e-skills, ABCLEAN, GreenPoint, Trans-FINECVET, Bgame projects) as well as in EASI, PROGRESS, Erasmus for Young Enterpreneurs programme (COSME) or LIFE calls.

Ana Maria Solis is Expert – Project Development & EU Funding Consultant in participatory processes. She is Chemical Degree and Industrial Engineering, and she holds a Master Degree in Environmental Planning for sustainable Urban Development and methods to promote the citizens participation, a Master Degree in Non-profit economy and cooperation to the sustainable development. She has also a Climate-KIC Certified Professional “Accelerating Transitions” as a proactive professional committed to greening the future.

Pascal holds a double Master in Neuroscience practice. Since 2017, Pascal Vandenberghe has been offering his customers a revolutionary approach based on latest neuroscience research.
